Engineering Staff Augmentation
We place senior embedded, robotics, and DevOps engineers directly into your team — people who can contribute from the first week without months of onboarding.
Find Your EngineerCommon Challenges We Solve
Hiring takes months you don't have
Job postings, phone screens, technical assessments, offers, counter-offers, notice periods — a standard engineering hire takes three to six months. When a critical project is slipping or a key engineer just quit, you cannot wait that long for reinforcements.
Recruiters keep sending unqualified candidates
Generalist recruiters do not know the difference between a web developer who has touched Arduino and a senior embedded Linux engineer with Yocto and RTOS experience. You end up spending hours filtering resumes that never should have made it to your inbox.
You need rare skills temporarily
You have a board bring-up, a ROS2 migration, or an OTA pipeline rollout — work that demands deep expertise for a defined period. Hiring a full-time employee for a short-term need creates all the overhead with none of the long-term payoff.
Onboarding contractors is painful
Most contract engineers need weeks to become productive because they arrive without domain context and require handholding through your codebase, toolchain, and processes. Every hour you spend ramping them up is an hour not spent on your own work.
Engineers Who Ship From Day One
Our engineers are senior practitioners — not generalists who dabble in embedded or robotics. They bring their own domain knowledge, ask the right questions, and contribute to real work immediately.
- Senior engineers with 5–15+ years of domain experience
- Embedded Linux, robotics (ROS2), and DevOps / CI/CD specialisations
- No recruiter fees or placement margins — direct access to the engineer
- Flexible engagements: part-time, full-time, project-based, or retainer
- Direct communication — no account managers in the middle
- Structured knowledge transfer at engagement end to prevent bus-factor risk

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you place an engineer?
In most cases we can have a qualified engineer in conversation with your team within a few days and contributing to your project within one to two weeks. Because we maintain an active bench of specialists rather than searching from scratch, we move significantly faster than a traditional recruiter or staffing agency.
What if the engineer is not a good fit?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for the first two weeks of any engagement. If the fit is not right — technical, cultural, or otherwise — we will replace the engineer or refund that period, no questions asked. We would rather address it quickly than let a bad match drag on and damage your timeline.
Can your engineers work on-site, or is this remote only?
Both. Many engagements run fully remote with strong async communication and regular video syncs. For work that genuinely benefits from physical presence — lab testing, hardware bring-up, or on-site commissioning — our engineers are available for on-site work in Canada and the US.
